The valve body has two forms: flat body and round body. The valve seat has double sealing and self-cleaning functions. Structural features:
1. The valve body has two structures: casting and welding.
2. The valve seat adopts an O-ring seal and a floating seat structure that applies pre-tightening force to seal the inlet and outlet of the valve in both directions; and the opening and closing torque of this structure is only 1/2 of that of ordinary valves, which can easily open and close valve.
3. The valve seat adopts the sealing surface inlaid with PTFE, which has a double seal of PTFE to metal and metal to metal, and the PTFE sealing surface simultaneously removes dirt on the gate.
4. For metal-to-metal sealed valves, there is a grease injection structure on the outside of the valve body. The grease enters the valve sealing surface through the grease injector and valve seat, so that the valve achieves zero leakage.
5. The gate of the valve with diversion hole, whether it is fully open or fully closed, is always consistent with the sealing surface, and the sealing surface is protected from direct erosion by the medium, thereby prolonging the service life.
6. The valve is fully opened, the passage is smooth and straight, the flow resistance coefficient is very small, and there is no pressure loss, and the pipeline can be cleaned with a hair ball.
7. This valve adopts a packing structure with self-sealing capability, no frequent adjustment is required, opening and closing are extremely light, and the sealing is reliable, the stuffing box is equipped with an auxiliary sealing grease injection structure, the sealing performance is absolutely reliable, and truly achieve zero leakage; This eliminates the disadvantage that general valve packing is easy to leak.
8. When the valve is closed, the high pressure in the inner cavity can be automatically removed to ensure safe use.
9. Fully enclosed structure, good protection performance, can adapt to all-weather requirements.
10. The valve is equipped with an indicator rod or observation window to indicate the opening and closing of the valve.
